We are becoming a healthy, welcoming community where people who are poor and excluded are particularly valued. This is an expression of the good news embodied in Jesus Christ.

We acknowledge the history, spirituality, culture, and ancestral stewardship of the land on which we meet by the Haudenosaunee, and more recently the Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation, who are Anishinaabe Ojibway people.

“Sanctuary is my home away from home. People welcome me here and the staff are awesome because they understand me. I really appreciate everything they do for me. That’s my opinion.”

Monthly Giving

You can become an important part of our ministry by setting up a monthly donation. Monthly giving means being a steady source of friendship and care for many people who are weathering the storms of homelessness, poverty and the overdose crisis.

The money we raise allows us to keep serving healthy, hearty meals to hundreds of people every week; providing sleeping bags and other survival supplies to folks who are living outdoors; offering first-rate healthcare. Thank you for your generosity and your tender attention to our friends.
